Because all of our products are delivered digitally and become instantly accessible after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Digital Product Policy

By purchasing a digital product from Neuro Hub Academy, you acknowledge that:

• all products are delivered electronically
• access is provided immediately after purchase
• digital products cannot be “returned”

For this reason, all sales are considered final.

Exceptions

We are happy to help if:

• you experience technical issues with your download
• you receive the wrong file
• your download is corrupted or inaccessible
• you accidentally purchased the same product twice
